Kelly Construction has done jobs as large as a city block, to as small as a five hundred square foot fit-out, in an existing commercial building. We'll even work with you in the initial design phase of your building, through the drafting process, and the final step of having the blue prints checked and certified by a Structural Engineer. All of this equates to large savings in acquiring the blue prints needed to build and acquire permits. We can even work directly with Labor and Industry to make the entire process run smoothly.
